so 2010 is over and another year has begun. this is monday night computer class and i’m lovin’ it. great teacher and cool classmates.<\/p>\n
december was a bit of a bummer for the caterer in me. very slow, business-wise, even though the parties we did were fantastic. we had lots of christmas cookies left over and just when we were really “warmed up” for hors-doeuvre making….it was christmas eve and the last pick-up was made. there was one small new year’s eve party and today, jan.3, we started taking decorations down.<\/p>\n
many of our customers love the home-made soups or they need<\/u> the baked macaroni and cheese. we are hoping that those dedicated customers will follow us on facebook and stay with us. there are two new cafes in our area and even though competition is part of the game, we are a bit worried. for 26 years, i have believed that if we make it, ‘they will come’. hope that’s true in these tough economic times. but one thing is definitely true….i am passing computer class!<\/p>\n
