what an exciting b’day. laurie loughren invited me to dinner at the lakeside, a very popular restaurant here in bolton. i stopped at frederick’s, another hot spot, to tell someone that i would not be at wii bowling since i would be dining at lakeside. (i did say it was my b’day). i noticed there was an extra place set… but thought little of it. laurie is such a friendly, warm person that i stopped thinking about the third setting. all of a sudden, in came bonnie fitzjames, my great friend from lake placid. still can’t believe the two girls pulled off the surprise and that bonnie drove to bolton. it was a special time and i nearly cried. bonnie is the breeder of my beautiful goldendoodle, bodie. she said she had brought 2 dogs with her and she would spend the night. i was so happy as bodie would get to play with his cousins. we decided to go back to frederick’s to eat and watch wii bowling. everyone there sang happy birthday to billy reed(his day also) and me. we left there and went to my house where laurie served a delicious cheesecake from the lake george baking company. wonderful friends, a little wine, dogs, and cheesecake. what more is there!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
