Twenty-three year old Thomas Davis has operated Adirondack Animal Services LLC for approximately two years. The business provides everything from pet sitting and dog training to instruction in how to handle medical emergencies. Their services now extend well beyond dogs and cats &#8211; to horses, squirrels, and even goats and other farm animals.<br \/>\nMany people could use an extra hand caring for their pets throughout the day. Adirondack Animal Services in South Glens Falls provides a wide range of services, including house visits, walking and exercise, grooming, feedings, overnight visits, dog swimming, group pack walks, vacation watches, day boarding, pet taxi\/vet visits and much more.<\/p>\n<p>Davis said, &#8220;My passion and understanding for animals has become my profession and I couldn&#8217;t be more excited to move forward with this industry. I recently completed the Pet Tech Instructor program in Buffalo, and now I am qualified to teach the Pet Tech family of programs. The eight hour Petsaver class includes the skills and information necessary to prepare the pet owner in the unfortunate event of a medical emergency involving their pet. The class covers such topics as CPR, Rescue Breathing, Shock management, Bleeding Protocols, Injury and Wellness Assessments, Heat Injuries and much more.<\/p>\n<p>Davis has scheduled a class at Sutherland&#8217;s Pet Works in Hudson Falls on September 15th.
