Murphy announced a<br \/>\n2 percent stock dividend was declared on<br \/>\nAug. 28, and will be distributed on Sept. 27.<\/p>\n<p>Shareholders of record on Sept.19 will<br \/>\nreceive two additional shares of Arrow common<br \/>\nstock for every 100 shares owned. They<br \/>\nwill also receive the cash equivalent of any<br \/>\nfractional shares which they are entitled,<br \/>\nsince no partial shares will be issued.<\/p>\n<p>Arrow Financial is the parent of Glens<br \/>\nFalls National Bank and Trust Co. and<br \/>\nSaratoga National Bank and Trust Co.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p> Arrow Financial Corp.
