HCR has been operating in Washington County since May 2013 under a management agreement with the county health department.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;HCR Home Care is pleased that this sale is finalized,&#8221; said Elizabeth Zicari, vice president of clinical services, HCR Home Care. &#8220;We are grateful to Washington County for working with us during this transition, and we look forward to continuing to provide high-quality home care services to area residents.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In addition to Washington County, HCR Home Care will soon be expanding into surrounding counties.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1978, HCR Home Care is a provider of home health services to patients, physicians and other health care professionals across New York state. The company&#8217;s quality and services are routinely recognized nationally and statewide, including being named a Top 100 agency by HomeCare Elite and receiving the Rochester Business Ethics Award.<\/p>\n<p>HCR is certified and approved for Medicare, Medicaid and most commercial insurance plans.<\/p>\n<p>Headquartered in Rochester, the company currently operates in the Catskill, Central New York, Finger Lakes and North Country regions.<\/p>\n<p>Its website is hcrhealth.com.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p> HCR Home Care recently closed on the purchase of Washington County&#8217;s home health care services.
