\"pGlens Falls National Bank and Trust
\nCo. promoted deposit operations manager
\nWendy Lanzone<\/strong> to vice president.<\/p>\n

The bank also appointed Donna
\nPerkett<\/strong> as executive vice president of
\nretail banking.<\/p>\n

Lanzone oversees the operations of the
\ndeposit services and
\nelectronic banking
\nareas. She joined the
\nbank in 2010 as the
\nelectronic banking
\nmanager and a year
\nlater was named assistant
\nvice president
\nand deposit operations
\nmanager.<\/p>\n

Lanzone serves on
\nthe bank’s internal
\nUnited Way Committee and recently joined
\nthe Liberty House Foundation Inc. board
\nof directors.<\/p>\n

\"pPerkett, of Queensbury, will oversee
\nbranch services, marketing
\nand business
\ndevelopment for the
\ncompany. She brings
\nnearly 30 years of experience
\nto the position,
\nincluding more
\nthan 20 focused on
\nretail banking.<\/p>\n

She
\nmost recently served
\nas a senior vice president
\nfor Bank of America, where she was
\nresponsible for distribution strategy for 140
\nretail branch locations in Upstate New York.<\/p>\n

Perkett has a bachelor’s degree from
\nBoston University and an MBA from RPI .
\nShe is active in the community, currently
\nserving as Chairperson for the Glens Falls
\nFoundation and on the Board of the Prospect
\nChild and Family Center.<\/p>\n

\"PThe bank also announced the promotions
\nof mortgage originator Tesha Perry<\/strong> to officer
\nand April VanDerwerken<\/strong> to assistant
\ncontroller and officer.<\/p>\n

Perry, of Bolton, will continue to work
\nwith customers to
\nmeet their mortgage
\nneeds. She joined the
\nbank in 2010 as a residential
\nspecialist in
\nthe Direct Consumer
\nLending Department.
\nIn 2012, she was
\nnamed a mortgage
\noriginator.<\/p>\n

Perry is a graduate
\nof Bolton Central School and holds certifications
\nin graphic and visual communications
\nfrom Southern Adirondack Education
\nCenter. She previously held a real estate
\nsalesperson license and a real estate broker
\nlicense in New York state.<\/p>\n

\"PShe is a volunteer with the Bolton Chamber
\nof Commerce, Bolton United Methodist
\nChurch Planning Committee, South Glens
\nFalls Holiday Parade and as a Big Sister
\nwith the Warren\/Washington Counties Big Brothers\/Big Sisters.<\/p>\n

VanDerwerken will
\nassist with financial
\nreporting, Securities
\nand Exchange Commission
\nfilings and
\nbudget preparation
\nfor the company. She
\njoined the bank in
\n2010 as an accounting
\nstaff associate and
\nholds a bachelor’s degree in accounting
\nfrom SUNY Plattsburgh.<\/p>\n

Active in her community, VanDerwerken
\nserves as an assistant troop leader for the
\nGirl Scouts of Northeastern New York, a
\nvolunteer for Warm the Children, and a
\nparticipant in the Kidney Foundation’s
\nKidney Walk. She resides in Queensbury.<\/p>\n

\nhonored by Soroptomist
\nInternational of
\nthe Adirondacks as
\na recipient of their
\nRuby Award.<\/p>\n

The award recognizes
\nand honors the
\nfirst federation president,
\nRuby Lee Minar.<\/p>\n

It honors women who
\nhave worked to improve
\nthe lives of women and girls through
\ntheir professional and\/or volunteer work.<\/p>\n

The award will be presented at the Soroptomist
\nInternational of the Adirondacks
\nannual award dinner on May 5 at the Hiland
\nGolf Club.<\/p>\n

\"pAAA Northway announced two travel
\nagents reached the $1 million mark in travel
\nsales for 2013.<\/p>\n

Julie Humphries<\/strong> and Christine
\nHadden<\/strong> from AAA Northway’s Queensbury
\nTravel Center,
\nreached the sales
\nmilestone. Both
\nreached $1 million in
\nsales during 2011 and
\n2012 as well.<\/p>\n

\"pHumphries joined
\nAAA Northway as a
\ntravel agent in 2010
\nafter several years as
\na travel professional
\nin another agency.<\/p>\n

Hadden joined the
\norganization in 2008.<\/p>\n

AAA Northway has
\nsix travel centers with
\na total of 17 travel agents throughout its 10
\ncounty territory in northeastern New York. Its full service travel agency has been open
\nsince 1986 and travel services are available
\nto both AAA members and nonmembers.<\/p>\n

\"pGlens Falls National Bank and Trust Co. announced the promotion of Kim Winchell<\/strong> to vice president and branch services manager.<\/p>\n

Winchell will provide support to the company’s branch network and help monitor for account fraud. She joined the Bank in 1986 as a teller and most recently served as branch manager of the Kingsbury and Fort Ann offices. She has been elected to the company’s High Per formance Club three times.<\/p>\n

Winchell has an associate’s degree in banking from SUNY Adirondack and a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from the College of St. Joseph. She is also a graduate of the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Program.<\/p>\n

She recently served as treasurer of the Lake George Rotary Club, treasurer of the Rotary Club Foundation, and co\u00e2\u20ac\u009dchairperson for the local Free To Breathe Walk. She resides in Kingsbury.<\/p>\n

\nHillcrest Foods announced the addition
\nof a Frank Vollkommer<\/strong>, CMPC, and
\nDaniel Coulman<\/strong> to its sales staff.<\/p>\n

Vollkommer has a culinary background
\nin food service. From 1996 to 2006, he taught baking and
\npastry arts at New
\nEngland Culinar y
\nInstitute and The
\nCulinary Institute of
\nAmerica. Vollkommer
\nhas worked as a corporate
\nchef for Cargill
\nCocoa & Chocolate
\nNorth America and
\nhas also worked as
\na consultant and executive chef on such
\nprojects as the re-opening of Prime at
\nSaratoga National, as well as helping to
\ndesign new kitchens and create menus. In
\n2009, Vollkommer opened The Chocolate
\nMill Pastry Shop & Caf\u00c3\u00a9 operating two locations
\nin Glens Falls and Saratoga Springs.<\/p>\n

Coulman has
\nworked many years in
\nthe food service field.
\nHe started out in the
\nkitchens of various
\nLake George restaurants.<\/p>\n

He has worked
\nin the kitchens of the
\nCoachman and Mama
\nRiso’s, as well as had
\nmanager and chef duties
\nat the various restaurants at the Fort
\nWilliam Henry Resort. He did sales work
\nat Schwans Food Service and for the last
\nyear worked in the Hillcrest warehouse as
\na product selector.<\/p>\n

Adirondack Technical Solutions welcomes
\ntwo new employees to its team.
\nRobert Brush<\/strong> was hired as a network
\nsecurity engineer.
\nVincent Sprague<\/strong> was hired as a senior
\nsolutions architect.<\/p>\n

Brush brings five years of experience to
\nthe team and will start a series of trainings
\nin the near future.<\/p>\n

Sprague comes to the team from a large
\nIT services provider out of the Albany area.
\nHe has 15 years of experience with Microsoft
\nserver environments, as well as 10 years
\nof VMWare experience. He has multiple
\ncertifications in VMware, Microsoft and
\nSymantec Technologies. His specialties are
\nvirtualization, messaging and collaboration,
\nunified communications and all Microsoft
