One of the changes<br \/>\nshe made was bringing back Helen McIntosh as<br \/>\nhead chef and kitchen manager.<\/p>\n<p>After nearly four years of establishing the<br \/>\nbistro as a Main Street staple for quality dishes<br \/>\nat reasonable prices, former owners Susan<br \/>\nand Scott Garth said they were pleased to put<br \/>\nthe business into Von Geldern and McIntosh&#8217;s<br \/>\nhands.<\/p>\n<p>A former school teacher with roots in<br \/>\nSaratoga, Von Geldern relocated back to the<br \/>\narea from Florida to embark on a new career<br \/>\nas restaurant owner. She now resides in the<br \/>\nvillage of Greenwich.<br \/>\nThe return of McIntosh coincided with her<br \/>\nformer role as a caterer ending.<br \/>\nFor those customers who enjoyed Dish&#8217;s<br \/>\nsignature menu items such as Pad Thai, those<br \/>\nrecipes remain in tact. For others who are<br \/>\nlooking for just a bit more when dining out, the<br \/>\nnew owner said the new Dish is working hard<br \/>\nto deliver a welcoming and superior dining<br \/>\nexperience.<\/p>\n<p>Dish Bistro is open Tuesday through Saturday,<br \/>\nfrom 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for lunch and 5 p.m.<br \/>\nto 9 p.m. for dinner.
