Stored Technology Solutions Inc.
\n(StoredTech), a technology solution provider,
\nhas acquired a commercial security solutions
\nfirm allowing them to now offer security and
\naccess systems and services.<\/p>\n
StoredTech officials said the company will
\nlaunch a new business unit that will focus
\non the provision, installation, management
\nand integration of business security systems
\nincluding alarm systems, camera systems and
\naccess control systems, all offered as managed
\nservices.<\/p>\n
“To us, it was just a natural progression to
\noffer security and access systems as a compliment
\nto the other business technology solutions
\nthat we already provide to our clients,”
\nsaid Mark Shaw, StoredTech president and
\nCEO.
\n“The synergies are obvious. Today’s sophisticated
\nsecurity systems are networked solutions
\nthat lend themselves perfectly to the managed
\nservices model and there are two things that
\nStoredTech knows better than anyone; computer
\nnetworks and how to manage services
\nfor our clients,” he said. “So, this is just another way that we can use our expertise to serve our
\nclients’ every business technology need.”<\/p>\n
The new Security Systems Division of
\nStoredTech will offer the following products
\nand services: alarm systems; access control
\nsystems and camera systems.<\/p>\n
Christopher Chiovoloni joins the StoredTech
\nteam to lead the new division as sales engineer.
\nHe brings over 20 years of experience in all
\naspects of enterprise-level security systems
\nincluding sales, design, project management,
\ninstallation and service.<\/p>\n

\nsaid Chiovoloni. “Modern security and
