A $50,000 federal grant may put plans for the \nArts District of Glens Falls on the fast track, \nbut will not decide its fate. \nThe Lower Adirondack Regional Arts Council \nhas applied to the National Endowment for \nthe Arts for an “Our Town” grant, the purpose \nof which is to strengthen a community through \nthe arts.<\/p>\n
