\nthat Guy Alonge
\nIII<\/strong> was elected to its
\nboard of directors.<\/p>\n

Alonge is president
\nof the Amsure Division
\nof Adirondack Trust
\nCo. Financial Services
\nInc. (ATCFSI) and
\nsenior vice president
\nof Adirondack Trust Co. Financial Services
\nInc. in Saratoga Springs. He joined ATCFSI in
\n2008, with the ATCFSI acquisition of Amsure.<\/p>\n

Alonge has over 30 years’ experience in the
\ninsurance industry. Prior to joining Amsure, he
\nheld underwriting positions with the Reliance
\nInsurance Co. in Philadelphia and Baltimore
\nand served as a merger and acquisition consultant
\nfor Price Waterhouse in New York. Additionally,
\nhe was formerly a principal in the
\nprivate equity firm Frost Capital.<\/p>\n

Alonge received an undergraduate degree
\nfrom the University at Albany and earned his
\nMBA from New York University’s Stern School
\nof Business. He also holds the chartered property\/
\ncasualty underwriter designation.<\/p>\n

Before joining AOGF, he served as the vice

\nBauer Insurance Agency. He holds the certified
\ninsurance counselor (CIC) designation
\nand has sat on numerous advisory councils
\nfor leading insurance carriers.<\/p>\n

Place has a Masters in Business Administration

\nDavid Kaiser<\/strong> to the
\nposition of senior vice

He will have overall
\nresponsibility for the
\ncorporation’s lending
\nfunction.<\/p>\n

Kaiser will continue to serve as chief credit
\nofficer and executive vice president for Glens
\nFalls National Bank and Trust Co., Arrow’s
\nlead subsidiary.<\/p>\n

He joined the company in 2001 and has
\nmore than 30 years of commercial lending experience
\nin the Capital Region. In 2011, Kaiser
\nwas named chief credit officer for Glens Falls
\nNational Bank, followed by a promotion to
\nexecutive vice president for the bank in 2012.<\/p>\n

Kaiser has a bachelor’s degree in business
\nadministration from Siena College. Active in
\nthe community, he is a board member for the
\nProspect Child and Family Center, Treasurer
\nfor the Glen at Hiland Meadows, and an Assistant
\nScoutmaster for Boy Scouts Troop 4. He
\nis also a member of the Fort Hudson Health
\nSystem Capital Campaign Committee, the
\nWarren County Local Development Corp. Loan
\nReview Committee, and the Our Lady of the
\nAnnunciation Finance Committee.<\/p>\n

\nGrasmeder<\/strong>, financial advisor, senior vice
\npresident and financial planning Specialist in its Wealth Management office in Glens Falls has
