A total of 52 businesses and nonprofit organizations
\nparticipated in the Washington County
\nBusiness Showcase 2015 at the Whitehall
\nAthletic Club on June 11, sponsored by the
\nWashington County Local Development Corp.<\/p>\n

Booths displayed products and services and
\nprovided an opportunity for people to network.
\nIt included complimentary appetizers, featuring samples from local producers.<\/p>\n

Deanna Derway, president of the WCLDC,
\nsaid she was pleased with the turnout at what
\nhas become an annual event.
\n“The networking part of it is impressive,” she
\nsaid. “It was a new venue so we weren’t sure
\nwhat kind of attendance we’d get.”
