Cornerstone Pizza Caf\u00c3\u00a9 has moved to a
\nnew location at 21 Ridge St., Glens Falls.
\nThe move, completed in June, was eagerly
\nanticipated by owners Tony and Robin
\nChiaravalle.<\/p>\n

“Anytime you are able to move to a heavy
\npedestrian area, the hub of a community, it’s
\na great opportunity,” said Tony Chiaravalle.
\nThe restaurant was previously located at
\n122 Bay St.<\/p>\n

Since moving to the Ridge Street location,
\nCornerstone Pizza Caf\u00c3\u00a9 has seen a significant
\nincrease in walk-in customers, he said. Being
\nin downtown Glens Falls has also given the
\nrestaurant more publicity as well.
\n“We hope the next time people go out
\nto eat, we will be on people’s minds,” said
\nChiaravalle.
\nSome interior design work was done to the
\nRidge Street location including the installation
\nof a pick-up counter. Robin Chiaravalle
\ndid much of the interior renovations.
\nChiaravalle and his father operated La Rome restaurant together for a brief period
\nof time. He left the food industry briefly but
\nsaid he had a “calling” to come back and
\noperate Cornerstone.<\/p>\n

The Chiaravalles are excited to be able to
\ndo business in Glens Falls.
\n“We love the Glens Falls community. We
\nhave been here a year and a half. The sense of
\ncohesiveness is overwhelming. We look forward
\nto establishing our roots here,” he said.<\/p>\n

Cornerstone Pizza Caf\u00c3\u00a9 has a full Italian
\ndinner menu. The restaurant also has pizza
\nslices available to go. It will be receiving
\nits beer and liquor license in the coming
\nmonths.<\/p>\n

“Our service sets us apart, the feeling
\nyou are really cared for. We really want to
\nmake your experience memorable,” said
\nChiaravalle.<\/p>\n

Cornerstone Pizza Caf\u00c3\u00a9 is open Monday
\nthrough Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
\nand closed on Sundays. Reservations are
