Power 2015 Full Service Investor Satisfaction<br \/>\nStudy.<\/p>\n<p>The study measures overall investor satisfaction<br \/>\nwith full-service investment firms based on<br \/>\nseven factors: investment advisor, investment<br \/>\nperformance, account information, account<br \/>\nofferings, commissions and fees, website and<br \/>\nproblem resolution.<\/p>\n<p>Edward Jones ranked highest in investor<br \/>\nsatisfaction by J.D. Power in 2012, 2010 and<br \/>\n2009, from 2005 through 2007, and in a tie in<br \/>\n2002, when the study began.<br \/>\nThe study is based on responses from more<br \/>\nthan 5,300 investors who primarily invest with<br \/>\none of the 18 firms included in the study. The<br \/>\nstudy was conducted from Jan. 5 through Feb.<br \/>\n3.
