\npeer review of its accounting and auditing
\npractice.<\/p>\n
The reviewer concluded that the firm’s system
\nof quality control for the accounting and
\nauditing practice has been suitably designed
\nand complied with to provide the firm with
\nreasonable assurance of performing and reporting
\nin conformity with applicable professionals
\nstandards in all material respects.<\/p>\n
The peer review, required every three years
\nby the American Institute of Certified Professional
\nAccountants (AICPA), was conducted
\nby a CPA firm from Rochester.
\nIt included an
\nassessment of the firm’s quality control policies
\nand procedures, hiring practices, training, and
\nsupervision. Reviewers also inspected the firm’s
\nadministrative files and records and interviewed
\nprofessional personnel.<\/p>\n
Participation in the peer review program is
\npart of the firm’s commitment to the highest
