\na certificate of achievement in pelvic physical
\ntherapy (CAPP) by the American Physical Therapy
\nAssociation (APTA).<\/p>\n

\nA resident of Queensbury, Hebert received her
\nbachelor’s degree in accounting from Russell Sage

\nwelcomed Diamond Point resident Tom Hall<\/strong> as
