Riccio<\/strong><br \/>\nwas hired as a vice<br \/>\npresident with<br \/>\nAmsure, a Division of<br \/>\nAdirondack Trust Co.<br \/>\nFinancial Services Inc.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining<br \/>\nAdirondack Trust,<br \/>\nRiccio was area executive vice president with<br \/>\nArthur J. Gallagher &amp; Co. from 2008-2015. He<br \/>\nalso worked as an insurance broker with Ten<br \/>\nEyck Group from 2005-2008.<\/p>\n<p>Riccio began his career in the claims and<br \/>\nunderwriting divisions of AIG and ACE USA<br \/>\nfrom 2001-2005.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zuzana Kaplan<\/strong><br \/>\nwas promoted from<br \/>\nassistant manager of<br \/>\nthe Malta office to<br \/>\nassistant<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"p brief - zuzana kaplan.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/www.glensfalls.com\/glensfallsbusinessjournal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/109\/2015\/11\/p20brief20-20zuzana20kaplan.jpg\" width=\"125\" height=\"180\" class=\"aligncenter\"> treasurer and<br \/>\nWilton office manager.<\/p>\n<p>Kaplan joined The<br \/>\nAdirondack Trust Co.<br \/>\nin 2005 and has over<br \/>\n10 years of banking<br \/>\nexperience. She holds<br \/>\na master of science in<br \/>\neducation from Constantine the Philosopher<br \/>\nUniversity, Nitra, Slovakia. She earned<br \/>\nadvanced financial services and consumer<br \/>\nlending diplomas from the Center for Financial<br \/>\nTraining. Kaplan currently serves on the<br \/>\nboard of directors for the Malta Business and<br \/>\nProfessional Association and volunteers on the<br \/>\nBallston Spa Film Festival committee. He will lead the<br \/>\nhuman resources duties for Key&#8217;s Commercial<br \/>\nBank and Key Private Bank throughout New<br \/>\nYork state and New England.<\/p>\n<p>Lawrence performed as a strategist and<br \/>\nconsultant to assigned Key Community Bank<br \/>\nclient groups leveraging business and industry<br \/>\ninsights to manage the design, development<br \/>\nand delivery of human resources programs in<br \/>\nconcert with the goals of the business. Her certification<br \/>\nwas granted by the Association of Energy<br \/>\nEngineers, a nonprofit professional society of over<br \/>\n17,000 members in 90 countries. As part of its<br \/>\nmission, the organization recognizes professionals<br \/>\nwho have distinguished themselves as leaders in<br \/>\nthe growing field of carbon reduction.<\/p>\n<p>Levin joined Cost Control Associates in 1998 as<br \/>\nan energy analyst. She received her MST from the<br \/>\nSUNY Plattsburgh and her B.A. in mathematics<br \/>\nfrom Boston University. Prior to joining Cost<br \/>\nControl Associates, she worked at Citizens Energy<br \/>\nin Boston where she provided clients with energy<br \/>\nefficiency services.<\/p>\n<p>Levin is a Cub Scout leader and treasurer for<br \/>\nTemple Beth El in Glens Falls. She has also tutored<br \/>\nfor the Literacy Volunteers of Warren, Washington<br \/>\nand Saratoga counties.
