Kinsey brings 16

Kinsey has a degree in graphic design and
\nbusiness\/marketing. He will lead the sales organization
\nas well as assist in the development of
\nmarketing strategies and sales campaigns.<\/p>\n

Stored Technology Solutions Inc. (StoredTech)
\nannounced that Doug Gillson<\/strong>, an industry veteran,
\nwas appointed as new vice president of infrastructure.<\/p>\n

Gillson will lead StoredTech’s expanding Telecom
\nDivision, which includes products and services
\nrelated to voice, physical security systems,
\naccess control systems and video surveillance
\nsystems and services.<\/p>\n

Gillson has been in the industry for over 30
\nyears, having co-founded Tech II Business Services
\nin Saratoga Springs.<\/p>\n

Glens Falls National\"P
\nBank and Trust Co.
\nnamed Kevin O’Brien<\/strong>
\nas senior vice president
\nof insurance sales
\nand operations for the
\nbank’s insurance subsidiaries.<\/p>\n

O’Brien will oversee
\nthe operation and
\ngrowth of the bank’s
\ninsurance subsidiaries, including McPhillips
\nInsurance Agency, Upstate Agency and Capital
\nFinancial Group – all divisions of Glens Falls
\nNational Insurance Agencies LLC. He has experience
\nin the industry as co-owner of R. J. O’Brien
\nInsurance in Glens Falls for 18 years and prior
\nto that, as a supervisor at Travelers for 10 years.<\/p>\n

A Glens Falls resident, O’Brien has a bachelor’s
\ndegree in business administration from
\nthe College at Brockport. He is active in the
\ncommunity, serving on the boards of the Tri-
\nCounty United Way, Rotary Club of Glens Falls,
\nConkling Center, Glen at Hiland Meadows and
\nthe United Way of New York.<\/p>\n

\"PThe law firm of Wilcenski & Pleat PLLC announced
\nthat Tara Anne Pleat<\/strong> has been named a
\nfellow of the New York State Bar Foundation.<\/p>\n

She practices in the areas of special needs estate

After undergraduate school, she began working

Murphy comes to Proctors from a position
