All applicants fromWashington County must submit their applications through the Washington County Fair, or the NYSSA no later than April 8.<\/p>\n<p>Information is available at the Washington County Fair office, 392 Old Schuylerville Road, Greenwich; through Cornell Cooperative Extension of Washington County, and from local high school offices.
