Lake George RV Park was named Large Business of the Year and Moving Made EZ LLC was honored as Small Business of the year among the awards handed out at the Adirondack Business Council’s Business of the Year Awards on June 14 at Hiland Park Country Club in Queensbury.<\/p>\n
The business council is a program of the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce. Five other businesses received awards at the annual breakfast.<\/p>\n
The event was attended by more than 180 people. Guests were welcomed by Tori Riley, who was in her second day as ARCC president and CEO.<\/p>\n
Large Business of the Year is given in recognition of established business with 51 or more employees. Lake George RV Park is in its 50th anniversary year.<\/p>\n
Steven M. Sutton Small Business of the Year is given in recognition of established business with 2-50 employees. Moving Made EZ LLC in Glens Falls handles all manner of moving services, including residential, commercial, industrial and more.<\/p>\n
In the selection process, members of the Adirondack Business Council conducted in-depth interviews with each nominee about their professional achievements and contributions to the community. \nOther awards this year were presented to:<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Adirondack Wellness Group, Rookie Business of the Year.<\/p>\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Co., Healthy Workplace Award.<\/p>\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 The Blackburn Gallery, Independent Business of the Year.<\/p>\n
