They will also be able to otherwise congregate and foster community. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Valente, recently retired from the company, where he served as president said that there\u2019s a real need for \u201cin-between, transient homes\u201d for snowbirds during the warmer months, with a maintenance-free living style. It is a particular need<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>in the Lake George and Queensbury area.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cIt\u2019s a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle down south. It\u2019s not far from Saratoga,\u201d Valente said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">The site plan is designed and construction is expected to begin soon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><!--more-->Valente Builders is a family owned and operated wall panel construction business, established in 1977. As a privately owned construction company, we have no outside investors or joint-venture partners. The company is focused on wall-panel construction and has a panel design center.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Starting in the early 1980s, Valente Builders panelized their own custom homes and commercial projects.
