Danika Hajeck, a medical aesthetician and hair, eyelash and makeup artist, has set up shop at the hotel, offering services to a variety of clients, including bridal parties.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Since the grand opening of Our Little Secret Beauty Bar in February, she has been busy providing her services at the hotel, and building a business that she hopes will continue to grow.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cI am delighted to be located at the Queensbury Hotel and have [an] opportunity to provide a unique experience for wedding parties,\u201d said Hajeck.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">She designed and renovated the space at the hotel into a studio that she describes as classy and trendy. She welcomes women and men looking for a high-level experience with a personal touch.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Throughout her 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, she has focused on makeup and skin care, and is known for her expertise with corrective color, as well as men\u2019s and women\u2019s haircuts. She also offers a hand-sprayed organic olive oil-based tan, waxing, and a variety of skin care treatments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cI pride myself on staying educated and staying focused on expanding services with current trends, always trying new products and techniques to improve for the betterment of clients,\u201d said Hajeck.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">She prides herself on having an enjoyable, stress-free experience. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Hajeck is a 2007 graduate of Queensbury High School, a 2008 graduate of Adirondack Beauty School, and a 2010 graduate of aesthetics school. She studied at the Aesthetics Science Institute, taking courses in New York City to keep up on the latest hair and skin care trends.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Hajeck had to work through some medical challenges after being diagnosed with neck trauma several years ago. During that time, she was advised by her doctors to give up doing hair, but she decided to work through her health issues with the help of extensive physical therapy and treatments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cI am proud to be opening my own business after struggling with healthcare issues over the past several years.
