With the creation of a dedicated Employee Benefits Division, now under Upstate, we will continue to serve the specialized needs of customers seeking group health and employee benefits.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">This step is one in a series taken to unify Arrow\u2019s insurance offerings.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In October 2017, sister company McPhillips Insurance Agency rebranded as part of Upstate. Now, with the rebranding of Capital Financial Group, the insurance operations are unified under one name. All team members and locations have remained in place to serve customers as Upstate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Upstate Agency specializes in personal, commercial and group health benefits insurance with offices in Warren, Washington, Clinton, Essex and Saratoga counties.
