Earning and maintaining this top rating for 49 consecutive quarters, puts the Adirondack Trust Co. in an even higher bracket as an \u201cexceptional performance bank\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">This title is achieved after successfully earning the top 5-Star rating for 40 consecutive quarters (ten years or longer).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">BauerFinancial Inc., based in Coral Gables, Fla., has been reporting on and analyzing the performance of U.S. banks and credit unions since 1983.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> * * *<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The <b>North Warren Chamber of Commerce<\/b> and the town of Chester have released an online survey as part of the Chester Economic Development Initiative (EDI).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The survey consists of 18 questions, takes about 10 minutes to complete, and will gather information to support EDI efforts for the town and its hamlets including Chestertown and Pottersville.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Survey Monkey is being used as the survey platform. There is a link on the Chamber website, northwarren.com, that connects people to the survey.
