She plans no changes to the structure.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>By Christine Graf<br \/>\nBuddha Ventures, an LLC owned by Nancy Scumaci of Bolton Landing, purchased property at 16 Exchange St. in Glens Falls for $348,250.<br \/>\nThe 4,000-square-foot building is home to Milk &amp; Honey, Juicin\u2019 Jar and Advokate LLC. It also includes a private two-story apartment that is occupied by a tenant.<br \/>\nAnn Parrish, the owner of Milk and Honey, purchased the building in 2005. It was not on the market at the time Scumaci expressed interest in buying it.<!--more--><br \/>\n\u201cI wanted to buy something in Glens Falls, and that happened to be my favorite building,\u201d said Scumaci.\u201cThe building had been on the market but taken off because she didn\u2019t find someone she wanted to sell to,\u201d she said. \u201cWe met and there was just an instant like for each other, and she sold it to me.\u201d<br \/>\nAccording to Scumaci, she has no plans of making any changes to the property.<br \/>\n\u201cIt\u2019s going to stay the same. The building is staying as is, and all of the tenants are staying. I\u2019m happy they are staying.
