In honor of this upcoming holiday we’ve put together a delightful dessert/snack recipe Cinnamon Tortilla Crisps.
Ingredients
3 Tablespoons Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
4 (7 or 8 inch) Flour Tortillas
1 Tablespoon Margarine or Butter Melted
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon; blend well. Place tortillas on 2 ungreased cookie sheets. Brush 1 side of each tortilla with margarine; sprinkle with sugar mixture. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Bake at 400 degrees for 7-9 minutes or until light golden brown and crisp.
Makes 32 tortilla crisps. I also recommend serving with a side of fruit salad. It goes well with these tasty treats!
