Granola is so easy to make and a healthy snack for you to munch on! Granola is a fun to make because you don’t really need to follow a recipe. You can channel your inner foodie and throw in whatever you feel would taste good.
You will need:
- 4 Cups of Rolled Oats
- 2 Cups of Sweetened Coconut
- 1 1/2 Cups of Pecans
- 1 1/2 Cup of Unsalted Cashews
- 1 1/2 Cups of Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 1/2 Cup of Cranberries (Use any dried fruites that you like)
- 1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1 Cup Flax Seed
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Maple Syrup (Or more, depending on how sweet you want it)
- 1/2 Cup of brown sugar
- A few shakes of Cinnamon
Directions:
Heat oven to 300 Degrees.
Mix all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl (EXCEPT CRANBERRIES/DRIED FRUIT) and stir together. Once everything is all mixed, add the wet ingredients. Pour the mixture into a large sheet pan. Make sure the mixture is spaced out evenly. Let the granola bake for 45 minutes until golden brown. Take out the granola and add in cranberries/dried fruit. You don’t want to have the cranberries bake in the oven, or they will be come hard and sticky. I made that mistake the first time I made granola!
Enjoy!
