Saute beef with olive oil, garlic, onion and mushrooms. Serve on toasted garlic roles with melted cheese and there you go!
I like to buy good roast beef that is already cooked. Add it at the end to avoid over cooking.
Saute the onions, garlic & mushrooms with olive oil, salt & pepper. Add the meat at the end to warm. Pile on a toasted garlic roll, top with cheese and melt under the broiler. BOOM! Super Sunday food!
