Cinco De Mayo is this Saturday May 5th. Have a little celebration of your own this year!<\/p>\n
In honor of this upcoming holiday we’ve put together a delightful dessert\/snack recipe Cinnamon Tortilla Crisps.
\nIngredients<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n
3 Tablespoons Cinnamon<\/p>\n
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon<\/p>\n
4 (7 or 8 inch) Flour Tortillas<\/p>\n
1 Tablespoon Margarine or Butter Melted<\/p>\n
Directions<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n
Heat oven to 400 degrees. In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon; blend well. Place tortillas on 2 ungreased cookie sheets. Brush 1 side of each tortilla with margarine; sprinkle with sugar mixture. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Bake at 400 degrees for 7-9 minutes or until light golden brown and crisp.<\/p>\n
Makes 32 tortilla crisps. I also recommend serving with a side of fruit salad. It goes well with these tasty treats!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
