It&#8217;s so much fun to actually pick them yourself and come up with creative ways to eat them!<\/p>\n<p>Last week, my sister Cory went strawberry picking at Horseman Farms in Schenectady NY. Being a foodie herself, she decided to make a bunch of different recipes with her pickings. They looked <i>so<\/i> delicious that I just had to share! Here are a few things she made:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strawberries Shortcake Cookies<\/li>\n<li>Strawberry Mojitos<\/li>\n<li>Strawberry Rhubarb Pie<\/li>\n<li>White Chocolate Covered Strawberries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Below are some pictures of her creations. Trust me, this one&#8217;s a crowd pleaser!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bettycrocker.com\/recipes\/white-chocolate-dipped-strawberries\/c88e020a-8aa0-443c-9231-35fd95b681f5\"><u><b>White Chocolate Covered Strawberries<\/b><\/u><\/a> &#8211; Perfectly riped strawberries dipped into a pool of melted white chocolate.
