The Thanksgiving sides<\/b> are prepped & ready to simmer while the turkey cooks tomorrow!<\/p>\n

I don’t recommend waiting until the morning to start prepping & cooking Thanksgiving dinner<\/b>. We chop veggies & herbs days before.

The day before we “build” our Thanksgiving sides<\/b>. The less you leave yourself to do on Thanksgiving day<\/b>, the more you’ll get to enjoy yourself! It is supposed to be a day for giving thanks and enjoying your loved ones and that’s what I intend to do!<\/p>\n

So far the stuffing is ready for the oven, the Brussels sprouts<\/b> are simmering with crushed tomato, onion, garlic, turkey stock, salt & pepper. The gravy is prepped & waiting for the turkey drippings. Cranberry is done, wine is decanted and our fellow blogger and special guest Amberly is bringing dessert! Voila! We have all the makings of a stress free Thanksgiving<\/b>!<\/p>\n

I will most likely post the recipes and final results on Black Friday while I am avoiding the stores at all costs. I would like to thank my husband Gus for all his hard work. He prepares the best holiday meals and I appreciate it so much!<\/p>\n
