Calling all cupcake lovers!<\/p>\n
The next time you’re in the mood for baking, why not try these Chocolate Cupcakes with Cream Cheese? They are just heavenly!<\/p>\n
The combination of rich chocolate cake and cream cheese goodness comes through in every yummy bite. Mmmm. Perfect for birthday parties, dinner parties, or “just because!” Thank you to my friend Corey’s mom for the recipe. \ud83d\ude42

Tip: <\/b>Nuke a cupcake in the microwave for 30 seconds. Then, top it with a little Chubby Hubby ice cream, (fudge covered peanut butter filled pretzels in vanilla malt ice cream with fudge and peanut butter), a little whipped cream and hot fudge, and you’re in for the most amazing treat of your life! SO against my New Years Resolution, but way too good to pass up!<\/p>\n
Here’s the recipe:<\/p>\n
CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES WITH CREAMCHEESE<\/b><\/p>\n
ADD: <\/b><\/p>\n
1 CUP WATER<\/p>\n
1 1\/2 CUP FLOUR<\/p>\n
1\/3 CUP OIL<\/p>\n
1 CUP SUGAR<\/p>\n
1 TSP. CIDER VINEGAR<\/p>\n
1\/4 CUP COCOA<\/p>\n
1 TSP. VANILLA<\/p>\n
1 TSP. BAKING SODA<\/p>\n
1\/2 TSP. SALT<\/p>\n
Put the above mixture in lined cupcake tins. (I use the metal cupcake holders) and I only put about a little more than 1\/4 cup in so that the cupcake mixture does not come all the way to the top. Place a tablespoon of the following mixture in center:<\/p>\n
1\/2 tsp. salt<\/p>\n
1 cup cream cheese<\/p>\n
(8 oz. pkg.)<\/p>\n
1 egg<\/p>\n
1\/3 cup sugar<\/p>\n
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips<\/p>\n
Bake at 350 degrees F. until cream cheese in the middle sets. Enjoy!<\/p>\n
