This Labor Day weekend we are thinking outside the box. This new love for our rotisserie has inspired us to cook a turkey on it. WHAT? A turkey you say? Well, yes. That is our pick and we&#8217;re prepping <a href=\"https:\/\/www.glensfalls.com\/gourmet\/2012\/11\/a-successful-happy-thanksgiving\/\">Thanksgiving dinner<\/a> in August right now!<\/p>\n<p>Fresh herbs from the garden, perfect grilling weather and fresh produce from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.glensfalls.com\/shopping\/farmers-markets\/\">farmers market<\/a> makes this idea seem like a perfectly logical choice to me. Hey, why not?<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Thumbnail image for brussel-sprouts.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/www.glensfalls.com\/gourmet\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/111\/2012\/11\/brussel-sprouts.jpg\" width=\"260\" height=\"195\" class=\"aligncenter\"><\/p>\n<p>friends have been invited. Stuffing is prepped and ready to bake (we don&#8217;t stuff our turkey) and fresh <b>Brussels sprouts<\/b> are ready to stew with onion, garlic, tomatoes and herbs!<\/p>\n<p>What are doing this Labor Day weekend?
