Before you fire up the grill, make sure it is really clean. Most of us have those wire brushes which do help a bit, but they don’t get the grill totally clean.<\/p>\n
Tip for cleaning your grill: <\/b>Cut a large onion or a lemon in half. I would suggest wearing gloves if you are worried about getting dirty. Rub down your grill surface with the cut side until all the black is off. Wipe it with a paper towel and VOILA, your grill is both clean and seasoned! I tried the lemon for the first time last summer and it worked great! I’m going to try the onion next. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
