Rainy weather getting you down? Stay warm with this great soup recipe! <\/b>Perfect for a cold night, and it makes lunch the next day. A very good treat for all!
\n1 lb 90% ground beef
\n1\/2 c chopped onion
\n2 cloves garlic minced
\n1\/2 c carrots diced
\n1\/2 c celery diced
\n3 c water( may need more)
\n1 t. Italian seasoning
\n1c + 2 T. spaghetti sauce
\n2 t. beef extract or paste
\n1 c spaghetti (broken into pieces)
\n1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
\n1\/2t. salt and pepper
\n3\/4 c. zucchini diced<\/p>\n
