I used to buy the pre-made seafood stuffed mushrooms in the grocery store’s fresh seafood area. I decided to try to make my own version of this recipe and researched a few recipes online and came up with this creation. You can make this entree in about 15-20 minutes and it was really delicious and filling! Enjoy! ~ Jen<\/p>\n
\nIngredients<\/u><\/b>
\n1 cup Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing<\/p>\n
2 Stalks of Celery, chopped<\/p>\n
1\/2 Onion, chopped<\/p>\n
Fresh Spinach (A handful or two – optional)<\/p>\n
2 Large Portobella Mushrooms<\/p>\n
1 Lb. can Crab Meat<\/p>\n
1 Cup Cooked Shrimp (pink color)<\/p>\n
Garlic salt to taste<\/p>\n
Directions<\/b><\/u>
\nCook stuffing according to directions on package. In a large bowl mix celery, onions, spinach, shrimp, crab meat and
\ngarlic salt. Once ingredients are mixed well add stuffing and mix well.
\nScoop mixture into mushrooms and pack well. Cook in oven at 375 degrees
