As many of you know, Mike Fazio stepped down as president of the South Warren Snowmobile Club. Fazio had been president of the club for 12 years, and really turned a small club into a rather large organization.
The club held a Board of Directors Meeting on December 1st, and elected new officers. Want to know who’s in charge now? Read on..
Bob “Hammer” Grant is the new president of the club. Matt Plummer will remain the vice president. Mark McLain will keep his position as treasurer of the club. John Kurimski will replace Bob Grant as Secretary.
The club has been working very hard this year to get the trails cleaned up and ready for riding. The weather is getting colder and colder, all we need now is mother nature to do us a favor and dump some snow on the area.
Do you support the area snowmobile clubs? Most of the work done by these clubs is done by volunteers (if not all of it) in attempts to provides miles of clear, groomed trails all winter long. If you ride the trails, and don’t belong to a club, you should think about joining one.
