The popular Mexican restaurant chain is opening a new location in the Northway Plaza in Queensbury next to the post office.
“They’re going through site plan review at the Planning Board to be open by this summer,” Town of Queensbury Supervisor John Strough told The Post Star.
Currently, the nearest Chipotles in the area are in Wilton and Clifton Park.
Chipotle has been around since 1993, with the idea of serving food fast that isn’t “fast food.” The restaurant prides itself on using high-quality ingredients with respect to the animals, farmers, and others through its “Food With Integrity” commitment.
