Locktoberfest is Fort Edward’s big fall festival and it’s happening on Saturday. Get ready for live music, kids activities, local products for sale, a craft beer tasting tent, and for the first time, free horse-drawn wagon rides.

Enjoy everything apple at Applefest, taking place at Harrisena Community Church in Queensbury. There will be a bake sale with apple products, an apple-inspired lunch, kids games, and over 15 vendors.
Adirondack Brewery Oktoberfest

Adirondack Brewery is hosting their annual Oktoberfest, with a portion of proceeds going towards the local Lions club chapter. Come out for great food, beers, a costume contest, craft vendors, and more. Tickets are $40 in advance or $45 the day of.

The Glens Falls Gun Show is back at the Cool Insuring Arena this weekend. Tickets are $10 per day, or $15 for both days.

Trolley Tour of Local French and Indian War Sites

The Chapman Historical Museum is hosting a really cool trolley tour of French and Indian war sites in the area. The cost to join in the fun is $60, which includes lunch, reenactors, and guest speakers.
Women Impressionists From the Thomas Clark Collection

If you haven’t yet checked out the Thomas Clark Collection at The Hyde this is your last chance – the exhibition ends on Friday! This collection showcases the work of at least 15 American female impressionist painters.
A Special Dinner With Wine Pairings

Drink Pink! Breast Cancer Awareness Fundraising Weekend

Adirondack Winery in Lake George is celebrating Breast Cancer Awareness Month with a weekend full of wine tastings with free samples of their Drink Pink Berry Breeze, games, and more. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Adirondacks chapter of the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.
