Adirondack Winery has several events going on over the weekend, including Mimosas & Music. Enjoy a mimosa, bloody Mary, or beverage of your choice while listening to live music with the mom in your life.
Bring the kiddos to Hicks Orchard on Saturday to enjoy baby animals on site from local farmers in the midst of their blooming apple and cherry trees. Moms get a free cider mimosa!
The second Sunday of the month is free admission to World Awareness Children’s Museum, which happens to fall on Mother’s Day this month.
Go on a Mother’s Day hike with the fam at Moreau Lake State Park, where their family hikes are intentionally slower paced and easy going.
Spring Craft Fairs for Last-Minute Mother’s Day Shopping
This craft fair at Walker’s Farm, Home & Tack in Fort Ann features over 70 vendors selling home decor, wooden signs, soaps, baked goods, and more.
Blind Buck Valley Farmstead and MW Farmstead have teamed up to host this spring artisan fair for the second year. Come browse a variety of artisans, crafters, and beauty and wellness products.

Military Appreciation Ahead of Memorial Day

A military memorabilia exhibition is up at the Parks-Bentley Place from today through Saturday. The majority of the items on display were worn or carried by military members from the South Glens Falls area.
Slickfin Brewing Company will host their second annual Military Appreciation Day. They’ll have tee-shirts, raffles, and more going on to benefit local military organizations.
