Hike, bike, walk, cross-country ski, or snowshoe through the 1.8-mile VanDusen Preserve in Queensbury.
The Van Dusen Preserve is maintained by the Queensbury Land Conservancy, and is a moderate hike that follows a loop up a hill and back to the trailhead. There is a steep section that can be bypassed.
This land dates back to the mid 1700s, and was generously donated by Richard Van Dusen in 2003.
Leashed dogs are welcome.
