We're thrilled to invite you to celebrate the beauty of summer in Washington County at The Art of the Garden Tour!
Over two days, wander through some of the most beautiful private gardens in Cambridge, each one a unique expression of care, creativity, and connection to the land. These are gardens you don’t usually get to see — lovingly cultivated by local residents and bursting with midsummer color.
But it’s not just about the flowers and foliage — it’s about what blooms when creativity takes root.
Some gardens and the makers market will host local artists and makers, sharing their work in inspiring outdoor settings. You'll find:
Fine art
Woodworking
Botanical crafts & garden-inspired creations
Handmade jewelry, leather goods, ceramics, and more
The tour is self-guided, so you can take your time, chat with the artists and gardeners, get ideas for your own garden, and even find a piece of art or handmade item to take home.
This is more than a garden tour — it’s a celebration of place, of artistry, and of the people who make our community bloom.
