We’ll kick things off in our Barrel Room, located right inside our Wine Making Facility, with a first taste of our brand-new Extreme Heights Hard Cider — Cascade! 🍎💗 This crisp and refreshing rosé wine-infused cider doesn’t officially launch until June 9th, but YOU get exclusive early access!
Then, the main event begins...
Our incredible Sommelier and Winemaker, Courtney Rankin, will personally guide you through an exclusive Rosé Wine Blending Class where you’ll:
🍷 Blend two signature rosés with expert instruction
🍇 Craft one of your own custom rosé to suit your palate
🛍️ Have the opportunity to purchase the wine components to recreate your blend at home!
Along the way, Courtney will share fun facts, behind-the-scenes winemaking tips, and the secrets of what makes rosé so special. Expect laughs, learning, and lots of sipping!
