About this event

The Friends of Cambridge Public Library invited you to celebrate our nation's 249th birthday! 

Here's what's in store for the afternoon:

  • 1-2 p.m.
    Bring a picnic and enjoy music by CCS band members. 

There will be:

  • Crafts and activities for the kids
  • Cupcakes from King's Bakery and the donut cart will be on site
     
  • 2-3 p.m. 
    A live reading and signing of the Declaration of Independence followed by a cannon salute
