Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery is part of the Adirondack Craft Beverage Initiative which was created to promote craft beverage tourism in the Adirondack region. The distillery first opened its doors to the public this past December. It was founded by a group of friends and neighbors that all shared an interest in learning how to create distilled drinks.
The founders started to learn the distillation process in the years leading up to the opening of the business. The distillery is located around the base of the Adirondack mountains and provides a beautiful view of the landscape. The land and building were already owned by one of Springbrook Hollow Farms founders, so fortunately, finding a location for the distillery was easy.
They currently offer Sly Fox Gin, 2 Sisters Vodka and Howl at the Moonshine. In addition to the beverages they already create, they plan on producing seven new products including a limoncello, orangecello, two favored vodkas, maple moonshine, apple moonshine, coffee moonshine and a barrel-aged bourbon.
The best part about this distillery? You can feel good about drinking their products! Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery only uses water from their 600 foot deep well to create their beverages, which holds pure spring water from the Adirondacks. They also utilize NY State grains that are non-GMO and grow their own fruits that are used in their products.
We hope to see you at Springbrook Hollow Farm’s Grand Opening Celebration on May 23rd!
