1. Tribute to David Bowie
Friday, April 22
The Tribute to David Bowie at Hudson River Music Hall will feature the HRMH House Band – Marc Clayton, Jonathan Newell, Alan Dunham, Michael Craner, and Nick Parslow. Help celebrate Bowie’s legacy with this great night of music!
2. Phillips Head, C-Toe, and Sheen at JP Bruno’s
Friday, April 22
Three original rock bands that ruled the Glens Falls scene in the 90’s will be reuniting at JP Bruno’s on Friday night! The free show starts at 10:30pm, but you must be 21 or older to enter.
3. Deja Vu Jazz at Spot Coffee
Saturday, April 23
People of all ages will enjoy this concert at Spot Coffee! Bea Roman (vocals), Dennis Maher (reeds), and Neil Giammatteo (trumpet/flugelhorn) will perform the music of Billie Holliday, Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, and others from the Golden Era of New York Jazz.
4. Comedy’s Best Kept Secret Tour
Saturday, April 23
Come see what happens when national touring comedians embark on a cross-country road trip and take over Glens Falls to raise money for the Liberty Humane Society! The latest installment of Comedy’s Best Kept Secret Tour will take place on Saturday night at the Civic Center.
5. 24th Annual Washington County Fiber Tour
Saturday, April 23 & Sunday, April 24
The annual Fiber Tour is a strong example of the agricultural diversity of the region! This year’s tour showcases 13 farms and a large commercial yarn mill, all of which will be showcasing their animals, shorn fiber, and other products.
6. Glens Falls Walk/Run for Kidneys
Sunday, April 24
Put on your walking shoes and help raise awareness for those with kidney disease! This event consists of a 5K run and walk, and all are welcome to participate. Race-day registration opens at 9am.
