This Saturday, October 13, head over to Glens Falls City Park for FitFest 2018! This annual event offers activities, demonstrations, and information on local businesses that can help you stay healthy and attack your fitness goals.
Get Fit in Glens Falls
The fourth annual FitFest will showcase health, fitness, and wellness organizations located throughout the region. Participate in fun events from 8:30 AM to 12 PM on October 13, including:
- Sample fitness classes,
- Children’s activities,
- A tug of war and obstacle course for all ages,
- Interactive demonstrations,
- Healthy food,
- Contests, and
- Live music.
Additionally, the special event will feature vendor booths with giveaways, cooking demos, and information about the local organizations and services.
At the sports equipment drop off, you can donate any unused sports equipment to kids in need, free of charge. A portion of the event’s proceeds will also be donated to the Glens Falls Youth Center.
