The talented actors of Broadway Upstate star in this abbreviated version of Beauty & The Beast at the Charles R. Wood Theater. The show is running all weekend and tickets are $14.

Girl Blue is the moniker of singer/songwriter/producer Arielle O’Keefe, who has been described as a powerhouse of vocals. Singer/songwriter Olivia Quillio performs songs with touches of folk, jazz, and soul. See these talented performers at The Park Theater. Tickets start at $15.
Cheers to the Years! at Adirondack Winery

Each year Adirondack Winery puts on a weekend-long celebration for their anniversary, and this one is shaping up to be another fabulous event. Stop by their Lake George tasting room to enjoy guest vendors serving up specialty treats infused with Adirondack wines, and check out special events and giveaways going on.

Rotary 5K & Corporate Challenge
Saturday, April 13
Runners and walkers are welcome to join in the Rotary 5K & Corporate Challenge at Queensbury’s SUNY Adirondack. Advanced registration is $26 for adults, $17 for ages 12 and under; race day registration is $31 for adults, $22 for ages 12 and under. This year’s beneficiaries are The Conkling Center and The Prospect Center.
Countryman Challenge 5K Obstacle Race

Another fun fitness event takes place at West Mountain in Queensbury – the annual Countryman Challenge 5K Obstacle Race. This one uses snow and ski obstacles, although you don’t need skis for the competition; it’s all on foot. Prices vary, and there’s an option to purchase a BBQ ticket for after the event.

Head to the Salem Courthouse Community Center in nearby Salem for a Geek Comedy Night starring Drew Jacobs and Ed Smyth. Tickets are $10.

Free Day at the Children’s Museum

Sunday is your chance to check out the World Awareness Children’s Museum – for free! They’re starting Second Sunday Free Days this weekend which will be held each month through June of 2020, with the exception of July and August 2019.
