3 Calls for Artists, Hot Chicken Wing Eaters & Baseball Player Hosts
Public Call for Mural Artists in Glens Falls
You may have noticed the artistically painted electrical boxes scattered around Glens Falls. These works of art are actually strategically located along the Arts Trail, and if the Arts District of Glens Falls has anything to say about it there will be more public art to enjoy soon.
The Arts District is seeking proposals to create murals on public walls along the trail. Submissions are due by March 31, the project must be completed by September 1, and artists are paid a stipend ranging from $10,000 to $20,000. Read more about the rules and submission process here.
