Churney Gurney Mountain Bike & Trail Run Race

The annual Churney Gurney takes place over two days at Gurney Lane Recreation Area, with Saturday featuring group rides, and Sunday the races. There will also be on-site activities, vendors (including a beer tent), and a barbecue.

Rockin’ With Ronald returns to Shepard Park in Lake George. Enjoy two full days of live music, a food and wine tent, a craft show, and bounce houses for the kids, all to benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities Krantz vacation cottage in Lake George.

Looking Ahead: Jazz Concerts for a Cause
The North Country Jazz Project returns to Sprinkles Ice Cream Shoppe for two separate fundraising events, on August 9 and August 23. The events are free and there will be raffle tickets available for purchase; the concert on the 9th benefits Friends of Hovey Pond, and the 23rd the Conkling Center. Ice cream and live music, what could be better?
