Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe


  • 20 large white mushrooms (2 pounds total)
  • 1 cup cooked stuffing
  • 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Remove stem to make space for stuffing
  3. On a lightly greased baking sheet, bake mushroom caps, stem side down, for 10 minutes
  4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the stuffing and cheese. Flip the mushroom caps over and mound stuffing into each one
  5. Bake until mushrooms are tender and stuffing is golden, about 20 minutes
