Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients:
- 20 large white mushrooms (2 pounds total)
- 1 cup cooked stuffing
- 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Remove stem to make space for stuffing
- On a lightly greased baking sheet, bake mushroom caps, stem side down, for 10 minutes
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the stuffing and cheese. Flip the mushroom caps over and mound stuffing into each one
- Bake until mushrooms are tender and stuffing is golden, about 20 minutes
